“Nah, I’m a stay happy.”
It’s so easy NOT to be happy. There’s plenty of universal good reasons; life is a tilt-a-whirl, the kids don’t listen, job is stressful, unexplained aches and pains and money is tight. If those aren’t reasons enough, turning on the news is enough to cause anxiety or stress.
But I had a thought: I’m going to live intentionally today – being happy.

If I can just stay in this present moment and right size the worries of today without pulling in the problems of tomorrow, I can keep my balance.
